Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your kitchen purchases, but we know that sometimes they don't fit the vibe or space. If you aren't satisfied with your order, we're here to help you get it sorted.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your package arrives to decide if it’s a keeper. To be eligible for a return, your kitchenware must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • The kitchenware must be in its original packaging, as we need those boxes and inserts returned to ensure safety during transit.
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have already been used for cooking or food storage.

To initiate a return,

  1. Please send us a brief email at support@auracook.us with your order number.
  2. Please let us know why you're returning it (it helps us improve).
  3. We’ll send you the return address and instructions on where to ship the box.

Note: Unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Damaged or incorrect Items

If your order arrives cracked, broken, or just plain wrong, please tell us right away! Email us a few photos of the damage at support@auracook.us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll send out a replacement or give you a full refund our treat.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and check that everything is still in new condition, we’ll process your refund. The money will go straight back to your PayPal account (or the card you used through PayPal). Most banks take about 3–5 business days to show credit on your statement.
